All internal features have been selected to accommodate YOU. Whether you’re already a member of the Thirst Fitness community or looking for a remote training partner in the palm of the hand, we have you covered. Alongside your coach, learn to develop your physique, confidence and mindset through our specially designed list of features.

Main features;

Training Programs – You will be provided with an interactive training plan tailored to your individual needs & goals (subject to subscription). Track your weights, display historical data, view coaching notes and access our video library for any instant technical feedback. We provide plans for ALL ages & abilities.

Nutrition Tracking - How you fuel your body is the foremost significant aspect of your fitness journey. You will be offered nutritional guidelines to ensure you are fuelling your body correctly in order to achieve your goals and become the best version of you…from the inside out. You will be able to log all of your nutritional intake directly in the app, complete with barcode scanner with access to over 750,000 foods.

Progress Tracking – Your coach will have instant access to all of your data whilst under the coaching process (subject to subscription). This is built up of ALL the data in which you input to the apps interface, therefore the more data you input the easier it is to see key correlations either holding you back or vice versa developing you further. Data such as weight, steps, hunger, stress, fatigue, recovery, digestion, sleep and many more...

Regular Check Ins – You will work closely with your coach by completing regular check-ins whether weekly, fort-nightly or monthly (subject to subscription). Using this data, reflection can then be made by discussing wins highlighting areas to improve and therefore dictating the next steps in your health & fitness journey. Split the weight of responsibility with our coaches to allow yourself to feel relaxed, not judged, assured and supported every step of the way.
